Greetings! It’s been a whopping 2 months since our last post. Apologies for being silent for so long, but we’ve been really busy producing some incredible events, which we can’t wait to share here! Many readers have asked us to post more real weddings, so we’ll definitely be doing more of that for sure. Today, we’re really excited to share images from a featured wedding as seen on 100 Layer Cake.

Daisy and Hartley’s vintage-inspired wedding was one of the prettiest Spring days we’ve ever experienced. This couple said “I DO” in Carondelet House with only their closest family and friends creating a cozy and intimate setting photographed by the wonderful Sally Pinera Photography. Thanks to her for the images below!

Daisy’s loose and organic bouquet was in an asymmetrical and draping feel. This soft and feminine bouquet’s recipe includes garden rose, spray rose, stock, dusty miller, pearl acacia, lambs ear, and ranunculus. It matched her gorgeous floor-length, white A-line gown perfectly tying the color scheme together.

Carondelet House’s exposed brick and beam ceilings totally had that vintage flair Daisy and Hartley were going for. When working with a space that is nothing short of romantic and natural elegance, ideally, we bring in colors and details that work with the space’s color palette and, we did just that. A color palette of Rose Quartz, Serenity, Ice, and Light Sage brought everything together. The Little Branch whipped up all the dreamy florals to match the color palette and accent the room, which was transformed into a bright yet rustic atmosphere that captured the essence of romance.

Daisy and Hartley’s wedding day began with an emotional and passionate ceremony where the couple’s vows left the guests with teary eyes. As the backdrop of the ceremony, the hanging greenery garlands with florals and the hanging pole above armoire with draping curtain fabric complemented the rustic beauty and charm of the venue. The bride and groom walked down the aisle lined with greenery garlands, blooms, cylinder candles and rose petals under the witness of their family and friends. We can’t image a more perfect wedding ceremony for this stunning space.

Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner from Tres L.A. Catering served on long and wooden candlelit family style tables with lace runners and stunning garden style low centerpieces. We absolutely adorned the tables with vintage flatware, floral pattern plates, clear and blush goblets, custom calligraphy menus and table numbers highlighting the existing chandeliers in the room. The different-height candles placed on tables complemented the gold hues just perfectly.

Guests danced the night away in celebration of Daisy and Hartley’s union while Red Shoe Productions kept the hits playing all night. Both Daisy and Hartley left the reception with joy as they take their first steps as newlyweds.

Thanks to our extraordinary vendor partners, we successfully made the space intimate, whimsical, and cozy. Tons of appreciations to our awesome team below for their hard work and great partnership in producing this incredibly unique day for our clients.

Congratulations, Daisy + Hartley!
