We’re proud to be a boutique planning studio, intentionally limiting the number of weddings and events we take on each year. VENUE & VENDORS MANAGEMENT

  • Venue Recommendation, Selection and Inspection

  • Assistance in Facility Rental
  • Meet with photographers and videographers to go through all shooting and filming details

CUSTOMIZED DESIGN

  • Sign-in Area Customized Design and Decoration

FINAL PAYMENT

  • Charge the remaining 50% of the contract balance 4 weeks prior to the wedding/event day

DAY-OF COORDINATION

  • 1-hour Ceremony Rehearsal
  • An Experienced Personal Assistant for Bride the Whole Wedding Day
  • Collect wedding/event day balance (check or cash) from clients by other vendors if needed
  • Direct and Monitor Ceremony and Reception
  • Supervise and coordinate vendors to ensure service are provided according to contracts 
  • Assistance in Decoration Set-up and Clean-up
  • Guest Service and Attention (Language Translation Service Provided)
  • Address any issues that may arise on your wedding/event day
  • Collection of Personal Items and Gifts at the end of Wedding/Event

FEEDBACK

  • Collect feedbacks from you and all vendors in order to further improve our wedding and events service
